#What is security software?

Security software is roughly software that　warns or defends when a virus is about to enter a computer. For security software, free things and charged items are generally more than 10,000 yen. If you listen to only this, free things look very nice, but there are lots of features that are not available for free ones.

Now, the security software of our information society is insurance that protects ourselves, it is late after something happens. I would like to introduce several intriguing viruses in order to increase your awareness about security.


#Representative examples of atrocious computer viruses

First,How dangerous is a computer virus? I will explain it while giving concrete examples.

・WannaCry

First of all, I will introduce a computer virus called Wanakurai.（Figure↓）



This will encrypt files and applications of infected devices with virus of type called Ransomware and make it unusable. And I will request a ransom.There is no guarantee that data will be returned even if you pay money saying that it contains important data. I will introduce it steadily.

・Antiney

Next is the virus called Antiny. This is a virus of the type called worm, it is a very malign virus that infects from a shared file and leaks data entering the personal computer to the Internet without permission.（Figure↓）


・Logic bomb

Next is the virus called Logic Bom. This is a very malicious virus that does not trigger immediately after infection, but triggers at a set time and destroys the device until the virus program stops working.(Figure↓)



・Iesis

Finally, I will introduce the virus called Iesis.This virus is hidden in the free software, and when entering the terminal, the terminal can be remotely controlled from the outside. This virus is a very terrifying virus that your terminal is used for crime before you realize it and you become a harmer.(Figure↓)



#Necessity of security

Only security software protects us from such threats.So, how does the security software protect us? Security software is monitored not to enter the virus first. If you detect that the virus is hidden in the compressed file that you downloaded, you will issue a warning and ask the user to delete.

In this way, it gives the user the opportunity to prevent virus infestation. Also, if you check the virus in the computer, you will be asked to start the program to delete the virus and ask you to delete it or forcibly stop the program.In this way, it is responsible for health care in the personal computer.(Figure↓)



Also, even if a new virus comes up, experts who make programs to counter it will make every effort to strengthen security as soon as possible, so it will be very important software to protect yourself. Therefore, the price of security software is expensive. It costs a lot of money to make a new competing program.


#Our opinion

A lot of people in the same young generation as our production team do not purchase security software because it is less likely to benefit from the effect to a higher extent, and the expiration date of the security software that was cleanly installed when purchasing I think that there is a tendency not to continue the procedure even if it expires. We think that this is a very dangerous act. As explained above, the security software is similar to ourself protecting insurance. Why do not you consider introducing or re-introducing this opportunity?
